Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of World Cup MCP (the "Service"), available at worldcupmcp.com and operated by Team-GPT Ltd., the company behind Juma ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

World Cup MCP provides FIFA World Cup data — live match data during the 2026 tournament, historical results since 1930, and curated sponsorship and economics data — to AI agents and other clients over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), authenticated with a personal access key.

2. Accounts and access keys

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
• Access keys are personal. Each account holds one active key at a time; you can revoke it and create a new one in your account. Do not share, publish, or resell keys.
• We may suspend or revoke keys used abusively (including excessive automated load) or in breach of these terms.

3. Payment and access period

Paid access is a one-time payment granting use of the Service until July 19, 2026 (the day of the 2026 World Cup final), as also stated at checkout. The price is shown at checkout. We may offer a separate subscription for continued access after that date; nothing in these terms obliges you to take it.

Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Your purchase is additionally subject to Paddle's checkout buyer terms; Paddle handles payment processing, receipts, and applicable taxes.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by Paddle's refund policy as merchant of record — see our refund policy page for how to request one. A granted refund or chargeback ends your access. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the data in your agents, apps, and analyses — that's what it's for.
• Do not redistribute or resell the dataset as such (bulk re-publication of the underlying database), and preserve source attribution where it is surfaced.
• Do not attempt to circumvent authentication, rate protections, or access controls.

6. Data accuracy

The Service is provided "as is". We compile data from licensed and public sources with care and cross-verification, but errors, gaps, and delays (especially in live data) can occur. The Service is an information product — it is not advice, and it is not intended as a basis for betting or wagering decisions.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may modify or discontinue free features at any time.
