Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are governed by Paddle's refund policy, which applies to every transaction made through them.

How to request a refund

  • Use the "View receipt" link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle support at paddle.net.
  • You can also email humans@juma.aiand we'll help you raise the request with Paddle.

Effect on access

  • A refund or chargeback ends your access: your access keys stop working immediately.
  • Purchasing again later restores access on the same account.
